Bijaya Kumar Panigrahi filed complaint against Amazon India on May 30, 2018
I had ordered for two products. (Surf Excel
Easy Wash Detergent * Kg & Samsung Galaxy On* Prime(Black *GB+**GB) Mobile through Amazon
but when I opened the packet I found that only the surf excel was there in the box. After a short while I received a SMS that both the products had
been delivered to me. Immediately I had a chat with customer care and they assured that they will look into the matter and requested me to cooperate with the police if required. But after a couple of days they informed me that they can not give any refund/replacement for the product. When asked to give details of the legal action taken by Amazon for tracking of the product, they provided me a fax number (***-********) but no one is receiving the fax. Perhaps they have not made proper investigation regarding the matter.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
