Amazon India - Part missing from the box

I ordered Samsung Galaxy M** from Amazon. But I receive a canon broken adapter inside the box. I raised a complaint in Amazon on ** April **** against order number ******* but I did not get a response from Amazon. Whenever I contact Amazon on phone or email they told me we are investigating and we will inform you. On * May **** when I contact customer care they did not respond and when I send a mail to Amazon customer care they reply me that we are still investigating and we will inform you on ** May ****.
