- Paid money for a new connection but they say payment not dome Closed

I applied for a new account online and received call from Hathway the next day. She asked for documents and asked me to send them through whatsapp which i did. Then she sent me a payment link on *th march **** which i paid. And now even on the **th march **** they say no payment was done. I called many times gave them all the transaction ids but still the issue is not resolved. Now i regret wanting a Hathway connection. I just want my money back.
