I have ordered *-* things online from Meesho and Puma but they have all been sent to the wrong location. One of the things was already paid for and the things I brought from Puma have been brought during sale so now even if I order it again I will have to pay for the whole amount. They don't even have a customer care number and neither do they reply to emails. They keep raising tickets but we get no replies. The delivery executives are worse, they haven't even tried delivering and they say we couldn't contact the consignee. How can they contact and deliver when they are in an entirely different place? I am now scared to order anything online if they send items using delhivery because that means I will not be getting the product at all.
