Fujifilm Instax Mini 9 Cobalt Blue Festive Pack Instant Camera (Blue) from Amazon India on 7th July 2018 as a birthday gift for my sister in law by using my aunties Amazon Prime account. Birthday was on 12th July. When I ordered the product the delivery date was shown as 9th July however the delivery date keeps on changing from 9 to 11 to 12 to now 13 but still I have not received my product. I have made the online payment while purchasing the product. When i try to contact to customer care of Amazon & Delhivery (logistics partner of Amazon) but they just say the product will get delivered. Everyday i check the status on Amazon and it just show in transit. However on Saturday 14th July the status showed as out for delivery at 10:43 Am and at 7:37 Pm the status changed to delay delivery on customer request which is false claim, I never asked for delay in delivery. On 16th July again status showed out for delivery at 11:27 Am and again status changed to delivery attempted at 9:49 Pm which is again a false claim. I have attached the screen shot on status shown on Amazon. This package is very much important as it is a birthday gift and holds huge emotional value. I had followed with Amazon & Delhivery on daily basis just to check by when I will receive my product. I'm not sure what to do in this situation and whom to ask for help because both Amazon & Delhivery are not ready to provide any help.
