With reference to the order number # ***-*******-******* in Amazon India, I have contacted the customer care numerous times that the package was not delivered. And none of the agents were helpful regarding this issue.
In the amazon app, the order has been marked as delivered however I didn’t receive any calls or messages regarding the delivery. Also, it is a prepaid order. I suspect the package must have been missed or damaged during the delivery and the agents must have marked it as delivered. However, at the end they say the refund cannot be processed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
