I ordered a Ahalya jumpsuit from nyka fashion...It got picked up on **th October. ....Not got the refund yet...I contacted customer care..but they only told me to wait for **hrs,**hrs,uoto Monday etc etc...I didnt got the refund yet...now they are telling me that cannot refund because the product was picked up by some other delivery partner...now tell me What is my fault in this...how will I know is the delivery partners from nyka or not actually...he called me and told me for return from nyka and I gave him...why I am not eligible for the refund I am not getting it
