Nykaa fashion - Nykaa fashion not refunding my money

Nykaa fashion is not refunding my money on order that i had cancelled due to their long delays in delivery of product that i ordered. Earlier they were not refunding my money and were not delivering my order , but after i filed a complaint against them with help of consumer helpline.gov.in website they cancelled my order and on ** may they initiated refund to my bank account and said that you will get your refund till ** may but today is ** may and i have not received my refund money. Their customer services are so bad and are just manipulative. They said that your refund will be reflecting in your bank account , which is not and shared a mail which showed that your amount should already reflect in your bank account. After i said that it is not reflecting then they asked me to share my bank statement with them but i refused to share because it is a personal detail which we cannot share. They asked me to confirm from my bank but I said that I get all information about how much money is being debited and is crediting to my bank through sms messages and e mail but I have not received any such mail or sms for my refund money. Nykaa brand customer service is so much poor and they don’t give any suggestion and they just manipulate. Please help me , nykaa is just manipulating me and is not refunding my money. It is very big issue for me.
