Delhivery - Package not picked up yet even waiting for entire day

My recent experience with Delhivery courier service has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid their services at all costs.

On the morning of August **th, ****, I booked a Rakhi package on behalf of my wife through the Delhivery mobile app. The package was to be picked up from our home in Gurgaon and delivered to Mohali by August **th. The service, for which I paid ₹**, promised a pickup on August **th. However, today is August **th, and despite waiting the entire day, no one has shown up to collect the package. It's now *:** pm as I write this, and the status on their app still reads "Pickup pending" with no further updates.

The frustration doesn't end there. Delhivery's customer support is an absolute disgrace. Their chat and phone support are utterly useless, providing no helpful information whatsoever. The automated responses on the app and website have been telling me to "wait" since morning, with no option to escalate the issue to a human representative. Calling their support number, **********, only leads to a labyrinth of IVR options that offer the same worthless scripted responses, with no way to speak to an actual person or escalate the matter.

This entire experience has been infuriating, leaving me feeling helpless and completely in the dark. Delhivery has failed miserably in delivering on their promises, with a user interface that is as unhelpful as their so-called "customer service." Their lack of responsiveness, broken service level agreements (SLAs), and overall incompetence are staggering.

I strongly advise against using Delhivery for any of your shipping needs. Their service is not just poor—it’s practically nonexistent.
