Amazon India - Package not delivered

I have ordered a book on differential calculus for a beginner ( Order# ***-*******-******* ) on *rd of September, the claimed that the the product will be deliver in * days an that will save me **rs ,they message me on *th of September that the product is delivered. But I didn't receive the order then I inform the customer care about the case. They assure me that it will be solved within * days but on **th September they just replaced my order the order will reach me on **th september but on the app the estimated delivery date was **th september and to my suprise the the even showed that the product is deliverd on **th of september which was not even the case the delivery boy didn't event contact me on **th september.
