- Package Not delivered Open
I have ordered 3 items from amazon on 31'st May. Final Details for Order #405-4384519-4581943
1 . of: Urban Living Nylon Multipocket Handbag Organizer - Maroon (Handbag Oranizer - Maroon) -Price 298
2. Accessorize Women's Tote Bag (Tan) _price 2172
3. L'Oreal Paris Collection Star Pure Garnet (Sonam Kapoor) Lipstick, 4.2g Price:600
Out of these three items first one was received by us on 2'nd June Morning 10 AM. but item 2 & 3 were not delivered by amazon but their tracking status shows that both the items were handed over to preeti sharma (myself) but they were actually not delivered at our address.
We raised an issue with amazon customercare
and they refunded amount of Item 3 (lipstick) to us and they said they will investigate the item 2 (Accessorize Women's Tote Bag (Tan)) and then come back to us. After few days they said that item is delivered and they cant refund/replace it.
We have insisted for delivery proof but they were unable to provide and same time they refused for any refund/replacement.
This instance shows the irresponsibility of their delivery people and they might have delivered to some wrong address but they dont accept it and their unprofessional behavior caused as loss of money and mental stress.
I request to competent authority to resolve it as per our satisfaction either delivering the item or refund/replacement.
