- Package not delivered Open
I made a prepaid order of redmi 5 mobile for Rs 7500 on 14.05.2018, But still, I haven't received the product. I lodged so many complaints (5 times) to customer care, But they divert me to contact other numbers and mail, I have tried both the mail ID and toll-free number on 26.05.2018, but no reply. They looted my money 7500Inr and didn't,t deliver yet. I am totally disappointed. And 29.01.2018 i Got tracking details that is product got delivered in amazon pick up point and get it from there. So I have approached amazon pickup point to get the product, but they easily replied not yet received (wasted 100 rupees for petrol to reach the amazon pick up point) and a Customer care asked me to send mail to some email ID( wasted browsing charge 50Rupees). They makes wasting my time (Spent 3 hours) and money in different ways but they doesnt do any replacement and priority to deliver my product. I need compensation and my mobile. Cheated by amazon India, Already I have been waiting 16 days still they asked me to wait and not giving date to delivery. I am totally disappointed. Kindly do arrange the needful and resolve my complaint at the earliest
