VEERU SINGH filed complaint against Make My Trip on Aug 10, 2019
I have booked a package from Make My trip on **rd May **, Executive of MMT Rakesh Sharma (**********, **********) is dealing with me at that time. On **-May-** he is demanding to pay ***** Rs through a payment link he sends me the payment link. I had paid the amount of *****. Payment receipt attached in the win zip file. After booking my package he sends me a final confirmation mail. I replied on the same as per the mentioned mail. Now after some days, he is asking to me pay more ***** Rs. Again he sends me a link I had paid with the same process as the last time. Now from last *-* days Rakesh Sharma's both numbers are getting switched off and now I am calling on call centre of MMT *********** they are saying that we are not able to check your information. Also denying for the payment of ** thousand against my booking. As per the company call centre, I had never booked any travel trip from Make my trip.
Related payment receipt and Make my trip confirmation mail I am uploading in Winzip.
Please help me to get the benefit of my paid money either refund the all amount what I had made in favour of Make my trip.
