Paytm Mall - Package not delivered

I ordered a camera from Paytm on * of April for my friend as a gift but I didn't receive the product. I complain to Paytm but every time they need time and says it is delivered by showing aadhar as proof of delivery. Even my friend didn't receive the product. I asked at the front of Paytm team only then also courier agent said not delivered. He arranged his aadhar card from one shop Neha mobile in Bargawan as he was neighbour courier agent asked that anybody is thereafter delivering the product so shopkeeper provides details as he was to help this. All the things were accepted by courier agent in front of Paytm and every head and level authority also. Again now Paytm started saying correct person before they were showing and claiming that deliver to exactly. Please help me I already did the payment of ***** for it. Please help me even I have a voice recording of courier agent and everything and also aadhar stealing by cheating to Neha mobile that's video footage. The order number is **********.
