I ordered an Anaisa dress for which I requested an exchange of smaller size on **. The original item was picked up and exchange item not given. At night I received a mail stating item delivered. After contacting Myntra they didn't support else just closed the complaint saying that you have received it. It's a fake website with fake delivery boys. I want my refund for the product.
