I placed an order with Reliance Digital on Nov-** and my Order No: RDF********.
I placed my order on Nov -**th and till now(Nov **th) the order is not received and no concrete answer or SLA from the Reliance Digital team. The order is supposed to reach on Nov **th. All the escalation chains available to customers are futile and the team has learned to game your system to the fullest without improving the service to customer.
