Ankit Langer filed complaint against Porter on May 3, 2023
I have initiated a All india Parcel from Porter on **st April, ****. The parcel was picked up on **nd April, **** and then reached the destination courier center on **th April, ****. From that time the delivery has not been attempted. The receiver is calling the delivery center and they are giving reasons for not delivering. The delivery is being taken care by Delhivery Courier. I have raised the concern with Porter on **th April about the same but not getting any proper response. They are just telling me to wait and nobody is doing anything at all. I am getting harassed along with the receiver of the courier with all this.
Porter is not at all taking any responsibility and saying that we are coordinating but clearly that is not the case.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
