Porter - Package not delivered

The courier was scheduled to reach by **th Oct. Though it reached my city on **rd, there is no delivery attempt made. The porter customer team keeps saying to wait ** hours and it's **th oct now. I had a lot of my household items in that and I am tired of reaching out to them and getting no resolution.
