Courier sent with a something that had to be returned
Made a mistake in the mobile number with * digit
One attempt made to deliver and they didn’t deliver which was fair.
Have mentioned ** times post that to deliver and updated correct mobile number in the app still no further attempt to deliver, everyday they send a msg it is undelivered even without attempting the delivery.
Calling portal ** times everytime the IVR says we have taken a request for callback, not even * call received from Portal still they have the courage to message we tried calling you back but no response, I mean nothing more shit can they do than this.
Delivhery everyday updates we tried to attempt without making any attempt after the first attempt and I can challenge the course not even once after the first attempt any other attempt was made.
Still my courier which was booked on *th July hasn’t reached back to me neither delivered.
Not seen anything more shit than this, complete mental harassment complete shit of a service.
