Porter - Complaint Not Resolved

I booked a Porter on **/*/**** (Order ID: LBR********). During the service, the driver and helper were lifting luggage when the vehicle slipped and hit another vehicle. The motorcycle's headlight was damaged, and the owner is now demanding repair costs. Initially, the vendor Pradeep accepted responsibility, but now they are refusing to pay. Despite multiple calls to Porter customer support, no action has been taken. The negligence of leaving the vehicle without applying the handbrake could have caused severe injuries, especially if children were around. It's been over a week with no resolution, and I am now forced to pay for the repairs. This is unacceptable. Immediate action is required. Vehicle No: TS**UD**** Vendor Name: Pradeep
