Hi Team - My father handed over my shipment to Pooja International, Kotkapura branch on December *, **** to ship to Winnipeg, Canada and its been over * months now that my shipment is not yet delivered. On tracking the courier online its at Fedex Delhi branch since last * months.
I had a discussion with FedEx team and due to their internal conflict between Dealer and FedEx they are not delivering my shipment. I have already paid the amount for shipment and FedEx team is asking me to pay again the amount to deliver the shipment.
I am attaching my receipt, tracking id and email communication between me and FedEx for your review.
Shipment had winter clothes which my father couriered from India and winter is about to get over and still my shipment is not yet delivered. I request you to kindly prioritize my request and help me in getting my shipment.
