I got a keyboard from Amazon US, value of Keyboard is Rs **,***.
Fedex India has charged me a customs of Rs *,***.
Customs duty on keyboard is **% and HSN code is ****-****. So customs should be Rs ****.**.
It has been ** days I have been emailing FEDEX India asking them what is the HSN Code that they have used to charge customs on my item, but there has been no response. My item now shows as lost, and the seller cannot initiate refund as the window is closed.
Kindly look into the matter.
