my international shipment from India to USA got returned back to india undelivered without any reason / information to shipper. booked on *th feb ****, reached USA destination on **th feb ****, on **th march it got returned without any reason/ information to customer & Seller. During this period of non delivery Contacted fedex customer care number of times, filed compliant but no response received and it got returned. registered for claim afterwards but till now no solution has been worked out. we are mentally tired of contacting FedEx & incurred a huge loss including our prestige export Business customer. we seek to get the loss covered along with compensation for this behavior.
