This is Manikandan from Chennai.
In January **** we have received TWO shipments from "HANGZHOU CN-TAIWAN".
Shipment Airway Bill Numbe : *. ************, *. ************
We tried to clear the shipment so many times to you. But every time i have upload the KYC document in your website, but i got the mail from your side "Incomplete KYC documents upload. And this shipment, small name correction problem is there, but i have submitted declaration letter to custom and fedex against that name.
And, I follow customer care also but i did not get proper response.
Now * months is over due to Covid-** Virus, kindly help me clear the shipment immediately.
Kindly do the needful urgent basis.
