I tried to contact customer care number provided on website but either they are not answering or are always busy. I raised complaint through email at mailto:india@ltonlinestore.in dated ** may **** but till date there is no response from lt online.com.
Value of my order is INR ****.**
A j need these ear phones urgently hence I am tortured mentally and request you to do the needful as soon as possible.
