the complainant has booked online order with opposite party for the purchase of Neopack HDD Hard case/cover Pouch with Shockproof Lining for *.* Inch Portable Hard Drive-Black and Seagate Backup Plus Ultra Slim * TB Portable Drive Gold with free Seagage Rescuse. The complainant make online payment of Rs.**** for the above said accessories in accordance with price mentioned in the list of sale price. The amount of Rs.**** debited from the account of the complainant withthe Punjab & Sind Bank Kalwanoo Branch District Patiala on dted **-**-****, but till date neither the online delivery of the above said purchased items nor the amount has been refunded in the account of complainant. The complainant lodged a complaint with opposite party for non delivery of goods, but the opposite party made a false excuse that they had not received the amount of Rs.****, whereas the amount has been debited from the account of complainant. The complainant has taken account statement of his account, wherein the amount of Rs, **** has been debited into the account of opposite party, hence the present complaint for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on the part of opposite party and prayer for refund of amount alongwith exemplary cost of Rs.***** from opposite party
