Amazon India - Package not delivered

Upon contacting Amazon customer service multiple times the response was same- "the product was delivered. So it is no longer a concern of Amazon anymore". The order was prepaid, it is height of irresponsibility shown by Amazon not providing any details on who delivered the courier, or to whom it was delivered! Please do the needful.
