Lenskart - Package not delivered

I ordered Vincent Chase eyeglasses with order ID:********** from lenskart on "*th March ****" worth **** rupees. They said my order is getting delivered earlier(** march) than the actual delivery date(** March ****). And I got a message from lenskart on **/**/**** at **:** pm that my glasses are delivered already but in reality, I got no package from lenskart. I didn't give my house number or door number in shipping address. I expected them to call my phone before the delivery because they don't have the proper address of my house. And there is a delivery code with me which they should check before handing over the package to the customer. How can they deliver my order without me saying the delivery code and without the proper address of my house. At least they should have returned my package to lenskart if they didn't get my address. No matter how many times I contacted their customer support, they are saying the same thing again and again that my order has been delivered already and allow them ** to ** hours to investigate it thoroughly. And even after that given time, they said the same thing that my order has been delivered already. Iam a middle-class student without any proper source of income. How can they expect me to leave my money for nothing. Please help me to get my glasses from lenskart or at least make them return my money so that I can buy my glasses from some other store.
