I paid for my parcel through paytm and after ** days my parcel delivery boy called me and said keep your money ready because it is cash on delivery and i told him that i've paid already and he told me to call the owner of the shop and then i tried to call through the number they've mentioned on instagram and they did'nt respond and that delivery boy was asking for money i did'nt pay him and told him to take the parcel with him and after ** mins they responded to my call and said sorry mam by mistake i did cash on delivery but in their instagram bio they've clearly written that there is no cash on delivery and then he told me please accept the parcel and pay that delivery boy he will come after * days and afterwards he will transfer my money in my account i said okay and now they are not responding to my calls,emails,watsapp messages.
I NEED MY MONEY BACK. REFUND.
