I wanted to buy a dress through a facebook fashion website called Salore India on **th Jan of ****. The product was Rs.****/-. I had conversation with the product dealer through WhatsApp. She gave me her account details and requested me to pay for the product immediately as it was in great demand. She even called me and rushed me. I caved in, and payed her RS.****/- on Feb *th of ****. They said they will send me a confirmation email which they have not sent until today. After making me wait for almost *months they said the product is sold so I had to choose a different product, then they made me choose a product from a higher cost end, I told them I am not interested and asked for a refund. They said they will refund immediately but they did not. The so called dealer responds to every msg I send immediately, she repeatedly started giving excuses like she got fever , or she has not saved enough money or she will give the money after marriage season. This has dragged for two years now. It's my fault I waited so long because the dealer made herself sound very needy and desperate every time I threaten to file a complain. Now they have stopped responding. So please help me out. I have all the evidence, the transaction ID to screenshot of the conversation we had through WhatsApp. I need my money back!
