Order detail: Philips BRE201/00 Satinelle Essential Epilator (Corded)
I ordereed one Philips Satinelle Epilator on 10th October'18 and chose one
day delivery as it was urgent to get it.. I entered the address and
confirmed that my address is eligible for one day delivery and placed the
order and paid more money as extra delivery charge.
I have not received the delivery in time and when I
called the agent's phone number asking when he is coming, he told it's not
the agent's number. and dropped the call.
At night, I got one notofication that the product is delivered, even though
I have not received the package.
I contacted the customer service. one of the agent told me, "the reason for
delay is to make sure you will get good quality product". are you
Next day when I contacted the customer service again, the agent told me, "
cant you just wait another day for the delivery?"..Is this a customer
service person's opinion?????? If I am supposed to get the product after
4/5 days of order, I could have opt for normal delivery. Why should I pay
more money for one day delivery????
I want to file a complaint against this. please let me know how i can get the refund.
