Balmiki Das filed complaint against Lenskart on Jun 2, 2021
I purchased two eyeglasses from lenskart on **th of May'**** and paid the price online. As of today(*nd June'****) I have not received any message regarding my order. And when I track my order it has been visible since the day I placed the order that it stated this only - "order created".
I talked to the customer executive and they said that the power has not updated yet but I uploaded the prescription on the same day(**th of may'****). Lenskart customer executive is telling me that there was a technical issue that is why my uploaded power has not visible to them and they are telling me this, that too, when I called to know about my order. It is lenskart duty to tell me about my order but days have been passed and they didn't consider necessary to acknowledge me about my order.
As the customer executive suggested me to send the prescription through the mail so I send them the prescription and hope to proceed with the order as soon as possible.
But they didn't take it seriously and nothing happens. I send them multiple mails and even talked with their customer executive but lenskart doesn't think it is necessary to even reply to their customer.
It is been * days since I ordered my eleglasses but they treat their customers like garbage. Neither they give satifactory response to their customers nor they reply to their customers email. I REGRET PURCHASING FROM LENSKART.
