Dear Amazon India,
I am writing to complain about my recent experience with your company. On April *th, ****, I placed an order with Amazon India (order ID *****************) for a product worth Rs. ****. However, even after more than a month, I have not received the product yet. This delay has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.
Moreover, to add to my dismay, my Amazon account was locked on April **th, ****, without any prior warning or explanation. I have since tried to reach out to your customer service team through email, but have received no response or resolution to my problem. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and assistance from Amazon India in this matter.
Furthermore, I have not received any refund for the amount of Rs. ****, which was debited from my account at the time of placing the order. This delay in refund is causing me significant financial stress and inconvenience.
I request you to immediately resolve this issue and refund my amount of Rs. ****. If this matter is not resolved at the earliest, I will have no choice but to take legal action against Amazon India for the inconvenience caused.
