Dear concern ,
I order a phone on Sunday 28th oct and delivery date was 30th where in it was attempted and I requested the guy to deliver it slightly late which was tried but I was not home at that time . But I requested it to be delivered on next day31st which did not happen they promised 1 st and them with all promises they promised 2 nd not delivered .
After getting sceptical I called the call Center guys and they said it will take 2 days more with full honesty they said this .
I believe it make no sense to be a prime member and plus no sense to trust them as it is not going to happen .
I spoiled my family function as it was a present for some one very spl

My instinct feels I should go and put up a case for cheating and misleading promos of prime but thought of dropping a mail first and then go into this direction
Also in attachment you will find they are putting blame on customer has requested for reschedule where as I have all proof where I am after them for delivery
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
