Delhivery Com - Package not delivered and damage material returned back but the same not accepted by me

On *th August ****, a delhivery boy came of the store to pick up the box containing street lights shipped to haridwar. The same material didn't reach at delivery point even after a delay of more than ** days and the same was returned back to jammu without any good reason.Yesterday the same courier boy came with distorted and torned box to return the lights but due to suspicion of brokerage of street lights, the same was opened in front of delivery boy and the video was made.it was found almost all the lights have been damage ls and even the cover of the lights were found damaged. The following are the complaints from this company
*. Why was the material returned and why the phone call was not made to the concerned when the material was reached to haridwar.
*. All the material have been damaged and material has not been received yet. If the issue is not settle at the earliest then I am forced to take legal action causing mental harrasment and loss of money
