My package was picked up by the Delhivery guy. But status was not updated. Later, after complaining through email, I heard that it was in fact picked up and will be sorted soon. But after *-** days, I got an update that the package has been cancelled.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
