I have booked a packet (AWB number: *************) from Durgapur to Pune(Maharashtra) to a lab(Exotika) on **th april through prepaid express. They should deliver within * days. But on **th april they tried to deliver they packet after office time when office is closed. This is a clear case of irresponsibility. They put a fake call center number in their site( +************)
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
