Delhivery Com - Complain regarding mishandling of goods and cheating

Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I booked my shipment from Rangpoo (Sikkim) to Asansol (West Bengal) on **.**.****. The item was booked by a Delhivery booking agent named Mr. Tapas Malakar. He must be working for Spoton. The shipment has been done through Delhivery. The LR number for the shipment is *********. He asked us to pay Rs. **,*** (through Gpay in **********) as advance for transportation to his personal bank account number. Mr. Tapas Malakar, the agent who booked my shipment from Rangpoo (Sikkim) did not give me any advance payment bill. After receiving the goods, we found that most of the goods were damaged and I also found that my packed items had been opened during the journey from Rangpoo (Sikkim) to Asansol and some items were also missing. I asked for a complaint form but they did not provide the complaint form or insurance form at that time.

I have asked for an insurance claim from the person (Mr. Tapas Malakar) who booked our shipment from Rangpoo (Sikkim) but no information regarding the insurance has been provided so far. Till now we have been waiting for the response from his (Mr. Tapas Malakar) side and also from the Delhivery office who take care of these issues. In the process we were harassed too much to pay the money and our items were also damaged. I want to claim for the loss and damage to my items.

I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and do the needful as soon as possible. I am attaching all the documents which I have gathered throughout the process for your kind reference. If you require any relevant photos and videos I am ready to share those which I have with you for your reference.
