Dear sir/madam
I have booked A phone through my friend's Amazon I'd for my wife, the delivery was expected to be deliver at Monday *th may ****. Unfortunately my wife's phone got switch off at delivery time due to electricity cut. After *-* attempt with in * hour the delivery boy self cancelled the courier without waiting. The parcel was super urgent. Now they don't want to help us. Parcel returned to dehradun warehouse. With the help of Amazon we put that product on reshipment but delhivery person said they did not get any instructions from Amazon. Kindly help us now to make that parcel on shipment today because it's very urgent.
