Complaint filed against: Amazon India
I ordered Redgear Keyboard with Order# 404-0574392-1096348 and paid extra for same day delivery. I waited the whole day but didn't get the product. Now the order page is saying that I will be receiving the product in 3 days. What bad services Amazon provides. A few months ago too, I received my product worth Rs28K after 2 days. This is was the last purchase from Amazon. Hence I demand the product free of cost. I need full refund along with the product free. These people want money on time and that too extra money for fast delivery. Yet they fail to provide delivery on time.
The delivery person was at 10 minutes distance from the mentioned delivery address. He made me wait for 3 hours at a busy square on the road. I waited there for 3 hours as he kept on saying that he is coming in 10 mins, 15 minutes. If Amazon doesn't believe me, just hear the amazon calls I did to him. I did more than 40 calls. And after waiting there, now he is cancelling my calls.
This is a serious issue and I demand full compensation. Due to your lack of good services, both my physical and mental health is disturbed. Make sure a full compensation along with product delivery is done otherwise I will have to take a legal action. And now the I am getting the message that I wont get the package as the address is incomplete. Is Amazon India, Amazon.com making fun of its customers?
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
