I had ordered a phone from Amazon. The order date was of **th July and I was promised that the phone will be delivered by **th of July. I am a prime member and our deliveries are more on priority basis, however, due to the COVID situation I did consider waiting for ** days. When the delivery date was nearing I got in touch with the customer service to know the status to which they said they have no idea where my package is. Thier package kept coming inside and out of the nearest hub that is located just *hours and * mins away from my town. Also, during lockdown the same hub, the same courier company of Amazon that operates in my town delivered products to my neighbour who lives at the same society, same road, same pin code, same town just a different flat. Those goods were non essential items, yet Amazon did not deliver my package. Then, all of a sudden on the **th of July at *.**pm they rescheduled the delivery for the **th July, on the **th July the same ruckus was repeated no updates no emails no messages and delivery rescheduled only this time there was no update on their app also, when I got in touch with customer service they said we have no idea where the package is but we have a buffer period of * more days. They are taking no action and time and again keep telling me they have no control on the delivery system. I am adding some screenshots to validate some of my points.
