Ordered VU (** inches) on ** October through seller - MASS ENGINE AND POWER SYSTEMS. It was a prepaid order. Order was supposed to get delivered today ie * Nov. It’s a birthday gift. There was no status update on the transit of the order. It said Friday * Nov. I have waited for good * days for product to be delivered but unfortunately the product never got delivered. I finally contacted Amazon on the cancellation and refund. To my surprise they refused to cancel the item and initiate the refund. They said we will contact seller and only if seller agrees will we refund the money. What a said thing to happen. I have not received the product and now when I ask for refund they refuse to process that as well. Never expected this from Amazon. It a sorry case. Have to go thru this ordeal of waiting for the product and now the cancellation and refund and no one to look into this. Is there any escalation or complaint cell of Amazon who can help me with this? If any leads pls do share. Pls beware of this seller and such products being sold on Amazon. My money is blocked now with Amazon & it’s not a small amount. Paid *****
