I wanted to share a rather frustrating experience I've had with an online order from **rpm.
I placed an order for a Ladies footrest for my bike with **rpm on January *, ****. The product was picked up by XpressBees from Chakan, Pune, on January *, and by January **, it had reached the destination in Navi Mumbai. However, the delivery process took a nosedive from there.
On January **, ****, at *:** PM, the product was initially marked as "out for delivery," but later, it was canceled due to a falsely claimed "incorrect pincode," which I later confirmed to be accurate.
After multiple attempts to get an explanation, I was contacted by XpressBees customer care on January **, ****. They acknowledged their mistake regarding the address and assured me that the delivery would take place on January **, ****.
Come January **, ****, at **:** AM, I received another "out for delivery" notification. However, in the evening, the order status was updated to "Returned to the original sender" without any attempt to contact me or deliver the product.
Upon reaching out to ExpressBees, they mentioned that the product was returned to the seller based on instructions, and I was advised to contact **rpm.
Despite numerous attempts to contact both ExpressBees and **rpm through calls and emails, I have received no response or solution from **rpm.
Adding to the frustration, on January **, ****, I received an email from **rpm stating that my order could not be delivered due to insufficient/incorrect information, leading to a partial refund. I had paid *** rupees (*** product amount + *** shipping charges), but only *** rupees were credited to my **rpm store credit account.
I am thoroughly disappointed with this entire experience. I waited patiently for *-* weeks for my delivery, didn't receive it, and didn't even get my full refund, even though it's not my mistake but a result of **rpm's and their delivery partner XpressBees' mistakes.
To highlight the injustice further, I have attached proof of successful deliveries from Flipkart and Amazon using the same address. I've also included a screenshot of my Aadhar card, displaying the identical address.
It's frustrating to deal with this.
