My docket number is *********. My parcel was booked on *st June **** and was supposed to be delivered on *rd June ****.
Every time I am calling them , they are saying that the item would be delivered by evning or next morning and so on. Since the parcel contains important documents, I am unsure wether they will deliver or there is some issue. Understand the present pandemic situation but then a firm assurance is lacking which is why I am putting this complain. A mail to their customer service has also been sent but no one even bothered to reply. The contact person mobile number in Gati is **********.
