We are writing this mail with deep anguish, anger and pain. The negligence and mishandling of our shipment by FedEx have not only resulted in huge financial loss and loss of goodwill for us but also resulted in a serious mental setback for us.
At the top of all this, the FedEx officers in India are leaving no chance to annoy us further. One uses FedEx for trust and service. We are betrayed in both this time. All the tall claims on the giant Fedex website are baseless and deceiving, as FedEx doesn't abide by any of those. ( FedEx website claims of a *-* day US delivery for **kg +.)
Please check the detailed delivery schedule of all our ** parcels picked up by FedEx on ** Oct ****.

- Remaining ** parcels were delivered on Monday **/**/**** at **:** by which time the shipment delivery had lost its meaning. My client's exhibition was over. He refused to place the order. Business lost.
- We agree having sent a huge amount shipment by air amount USD *****.** due to client's urgent need of showcasing the products. We agree having taken better rates for such a big shipment.
But the shipment was sent with an expectation of timely delivery on **th October ****. [RM mail, dated Oct **, ****: *.** pm IST in place for better rates and expected delivery date.] Had this been done we would have paid the agreed amount.
- By approaching Vice president Ms Nathalie's team and grievance redressal cell at FedEx India we expected justice to be meted out and a full freight refund rewarded to us. We waited patiently for * months for a rational decision by FedEx authorities, remained loyal throughout and still sent most of our shipments through FedEx itself. This is the kind of trust we put in upon Fedex, despite all these losses.
From the world's best courier company, we expected a reply of - no need to pay for the said shipment under such aggrieved situation and loss because of FedEx.
- Instead, we received an irrational, illogical, unreasonable and a very irresponsible reply from FedEx. Mail attached.
- We have reached out to you for justice and firmly believe that FedEx International will be able to keep our faith and trust intact. We hope that we do not have to move further to legal recourse for settlement of this.
- We do not agree to pay a single penny for all those parcels that were either lost or delayed to the extent that the delivery was of no use to our buyer.
- Had we sent the shipment by sea instead of by air via FedEx, we would have paid less than */*th the charge FedEx levied, and the delivery would have been earlier than done by FedEx.
The entire transaction depended upon early delivery for which we paid *-* times more amount than we would have paid for by sea shipment.
