Dtdc - Package late delivery

Sent my very valuable documents and was promised to be delivered in a day to Delhi from Shamshabad, Hyderabad. Also was charged R*** for the next day delivery. The staff also were very unprofessional and kind of rude.
The consignment reached after * days and the appointment got delayed for a week because of the delay.
More than that, the mental stress and anxiety as I sent my passports and original documents. They did not show any urgency. Just charged extra money and took * days to deliver.

Worst service. Then I had to send another courier, for which I used bluedart and they literally took ** hours and half the amount for the delivery.
