My parcel was booked on Oct * **** from Madanapalli and was destined to reach Rajahmundry (******) and was to be delivered on Oct ** but I haven't received my order till now and tried calling customer care number of times but no proper response from them. It was a prepaid order and I request you to track my order and send it to me as it is very important.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
