This is the most pathetic service i have ever received for my parcel having tracking id *D*********. Its been more than * weeks now and yet you guys have not provided any update. Please let me know if you cannot resolve this issue then atleast i will stop wasting my time on chasing for the resolution. Some fraud mobile number and sign is mentioned in receipt copy yet they claim they have delivered my parcel. Interestingly the otp to mark parcel was not asked by anyone yet the delivery marked completed. Utter nonsense and fraud company
