DTDC - PARCEL NOT RECIVED FROM DTDC

*. Complaint Details

I am filing a formal complaint against DTDC Express Limited regarding my shipment AWB No. D**********, which has not been delivered for the past ** days.

The tracking system clearly shows that the parcel has been lying in the Surat facility for the last * days, but no one has dispatched it despite repeated follow-ups and emails from my side.

This is a clear case of:

Extreme delay

Negligence in handling the shipment

Failure to deliver even after the parcel reached the destination city

Lack of response from DTDC staff

*. Service Deficiency by DTDC

DTDC has failed in the following ways:

Parcel stuck in Surat hub for * days without dispatch

No proactive communication or call from DTDC

False commitments and no actual action

No escalation or support from the customer service team

Causing loss, inconvenience and delay to my official work

This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.

I request the Consumer Grievance Authority to:

Initiate action against the responsible DTDC branch/staff for negligence.

Provide compensation for delay, mental stress, and loss caused due to non-delivery.

Ensure strict compliance so such incidents do not repeat.
