I've ordered a HP laptop worth Rs.*****. The laptop isn't working properly. Amazon sent a technician to check the laptop. The technician is very unprofessional and has no proper knowledge of what they are doing. The laptop is getting overheated and getting struck. Contacted customer service, they are not accepting the return. Attached the order details. Hence raising a complant.Please look into this ASAP
